Available Office Hours

During the designated office hours, the IJIS and PDMP TTAC staff are ready to assist with a wide range of inquiries, both non-technical and IT-related, pertaining to the connection to the hub. Project directors and staff members can schedule sessions by selecting an available time slot. This provides them with the opportunity to address state-specific, non-technical questions (such as those regarding MOUs) and delve into more detailed technical inquiries. Sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure availability, requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance and promptly canceled if no longer necessary to accommodate others.
